Purpose

The data you provide through the form (name, email, message and services you're interested in) is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. It is not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

Legal Basis

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies and storage, needed for it to work (the language you choose and, in the private panel, your session). These are exempt from consent.

To know how many people visit the site I use Cloudflare Web Analytics: an aggregated, anonymous audience measurement that does NOT use cookies, stores nothing on your device, builds no profiles and shares no data with advertising third parties. Even so, you can turn it off from the cookie notice (the “Cookies” link in the footer).

I don't use advertising cookies, social-network pixels or profiling tools. Your choice is stored in your own browser and you can change it whenever you like.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@dgrafik.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
